Digital Module Evaluation System
Posted on Monday 10 November 2025
The centralised, digital system replaces current methods of module evaluation, which can vary between departments, and involve numerous different methods, such as Google Forms, Qualtrics, and even paper forms.
Benefits
A consistent feedback mechanism for all students will enhance the student experience, ensuring their input is gathered and acted upon promptly.
It will also use automation to free up staff time, and provide accurate, timely data to support accreditations and other requirements.
Timeline
The new system will go live in Week 9 of Semester 1.
Surveys will run at the end of each semester, using a standard question set. They will be open for two weeks, and then staff will have two weeks to provide feedback on the results.
Please encourage students to complete the survey in teaching time.
Orientation sessions
Attend a live, online session to get up to speed with the new system. The sessions will also be recorded.
