b) Drawing robot - Dobot Magician robot arm programmed to draw shapes and text.

c) Delta marble run - Delta robot arm able to reset a short marble run.

d) Micro mouse - Small maze solving robot.

e) Robot teaching across the University - different lecturers explain their course content.

f) Torch/SMAS - Find out about the two ISA cross-cutting challenges

g) Out reach and pi bits - Colin’s arrangement of various robotic and sensing bit.

2. Quantum Comms Lab

a) Single photo emitter that proves quantum entanglement.

3. Test Space 2

a) How robots can imitate our actions - John Bateman.

b) Removal tasks for robotic hand - Liman Wang and Hanyang Zhong.

c) Robotic chemistry (TORCH) - Jonathon Pipe.

4. Underwater Lab

a) Sonic comms - Using sound waves underwater as a communication channel in our custom water tank.

5. Simulation and Robot lab

a) ARE - Autonomous Robotic Evolution, how a robot can evolve, be constructed and be appraised all automatically.

c) Turtlebots 3 - Small swarm of ROS robots able to manipulate coloured pucks.

c) Mark Post and his research team - various sets of robots that show off tensegrity and adaptive control systems.

6. Technical Workshop

a) Open for people to see our facilities.

7. Test Space 1

a) Husky deleaf - Automated sampling using a Husky with a saw to collect plant cuttings.

b) Unitree dog - Demo of it moving and functions.

c) Dual arm fabric - Two UR5 arm combined with depth cameras to manipulate a t-shirt.

8. Outside
