AAH Dissertation Prize Success

MA graduate Erin Allen is one of the two runners up in this year's Association for Art History Postgraduate Dissertation Prize!

Pair of matching hangings, featuring flowers on the bottom, and trees and birds at the topErin's essay is titled "‘Stitching Autonomy: May Morris’s Embroidery as a Tool of Empowerment".  Winning and shortlisted essays are assessed on the quality of their originality, research and method, and form and content, and being runner up in this prestigious competition is a real achievement.
