The exhibition 'Mondrian and His Studios' at Tate Liverpool explores the influence of Mondrian's surroundings on his art. In this film, Michael White takes us on a tour of the exhibition, which includes a reconstruction of Mondrian's Paris studio, demonstrating how spatial relationships were at the heart of Mondrian's painting and way of life.
Mondrian and His Studios has been co-curated by Michael White with Francesco Manacorda, director of Tate Liverpool, and runs until October 5th.
