Vacancy - Lectureship in History of Art

Applications are invited for a full-time, permanent Lectureship in History of Art from 1st October 2011

The Lectureship will be in the modern and/or contemporary field (1900-the present), and is geared to scholars whose primary field of research lies beyond the visual cultures of Western Europe and the United States. We are particularly interested in applicants whose research complements that of current members of the department, and who focus on cross-cultural artistic relations.Informal inquiries about the post may be made to the Head of Department, Professor Mark Hallett
