Tuesday 7 May 2013, 5.15PM
Dr Michael White and Dr Jo Applin contribute to the Centre for Modern Studies Research Series 'Ordinary/Everyday/Quotidian'.
The quotidian demands a radical reappraisal of a level of experience which the western tradition has shown a deep bias against: the mundane, the habitual, the routine; in a word, the ordinary.
Further details of this series can be found on the Centre for Modern Studies website: http://www.york.ac.uk/modernstudies/research/quotidian/
A workshop will follow the lecture on Wednesday at 12.15 in the Tree House, Berrick Saul Building.
Location: The Tree House, Berrick Saul Building
Admission: Admission is free and everyone is welcome.
