Michael Moon is Professor and Director of American Studies at the Institute of Liberal Arts at Emory University and he has written extensively on sexuality and contemporary art and culture. He will be giving a paper on the "outsider art" of Henry Darger (1892-1973).

His publications include:

"A Small Boy and Others: Imitation and Initiation in American Culture from Henry James to Andy Warhol"

This event is a collaboration between the History of Art Department and the Centre for Modern Studies.
