The University of York had announced the winners of the Enterprise Awards 2025, recognising the exceptional talent and innovation that are transforming York and North Yorkshire into a powerhouse of ethical enterprise and inclusive growth.

Hosted at the historic Merchant Adventurers’ Hall, the ceremony brought together entrepreneurs, business leaders, and changemakers to honour those driving economic progress, social impact, and regional resilience. The event showcased how enterprise can be a force for good in the face of today’s global challenges.

Professor Kiran Trehan, Pro Vice-Chancellor for Partnerships and Engagement at the University of York, highlighted the significance of this year’s awards: "The Enterprise Awards are a vital part of our collaboration with the business community.
