After a decade in senior sales, marketing and strategy roles with Diageo and Nestle, Ed moved into the SME world before investing in a TAB franchise in 2009. In 2017, he and Mags Fuller acquired the UK master franchise and have subsequently built a nationwide network supporting hundreds of business owners. He's particularly associated with peer-to-peer leadership, business-owner wellbeing, and high performance culture (including featuring on the High Performance podcast with Jake Humphries).
In his talk, he'll include how he's navigated the highs and lows of his career and business ownership journey, as well as challenge your own thinking on how you could choose to prioritise aspects of your own career moving forwards.
