Ros undertakes systematic reviews and health technology assessments, primarily for the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR). She has led systematic reviews of diagnostic and therapeutic interventions in a broad range of clinical areas, including oncology, dermatology, orthopaedics, vascular medicine and emergency medicine. She has also completed numerous Single Technology Appraisals, Multiple Technology Appraisals and Diagnostic Assessments for the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE). 

Ros has published methodological research relating to the selection, quality assessment and synthesis of studies in systematic reviews.
