Songtao Hu

Songtao is an operations director and startup specialist with a MSc in Engineering from the University of York. He has over 15 years of international corporation experiences in innovation, strategy, and product development. He has led and delivered several high-impact projects and ventures, working with various stakeholders, partners, and clients. His dedication extends to making a positive impact in both the business and social spheres. Songtao has also worked as an interim director and a business Consultant for various clients, solving complex problems and driving performance and profits.

Songtao is keen to support the University of York and its alumni community. He believes that the alumni board is a great opportunity to connect with fellow graduates, share knowledge and resources, and contribute to the university's social and environmental goals. He hopes to use his  entrepreneurial skills and experience  to help the board create and implement effective and efficient activities and initiatives for the alumni.
