Join experts from the Institute for Safe Autonomy (ISA) and Estates Department to discover more about renewable energy and how we are embracing it on campus.

The session starts with a talk about solar energy with Dr. Olufemi Olayiwola, followed by a tour of the ISA facility and solar farm. The session finishes with a talk about the exciting campus deep geothermal energy project with Matt Thompson.

There will be an opportunity to ask questions and for a discussion at the end of each talk. This will give you an up to date insight into these activities and the positive impact they are having on our University environment.

The talks are aimed at a general audience, so everyone is welcome. You do not need to be an expert to attend!

11am - talk on solar energy with Dr. Olufemi Olayiwola

11.45am - tour of ISA facility and solar farm

12.15pm - talk on geothermal energy with Matt Thompson
