The School of Philosophy, Politics and Economics was founded in 1986 and has established a very strong international reputation.

The School of PPE offers degree courses at the heart of current thinking, research and debate in Philosophy, Politics and Economics. Now is a most exciting time to study political economy, economic philosophy and political philosophy.

 

The School is home to a prestigious and international community of students and academics at the forefront of research into the philosophical, economic, and political questions of our time, including their historical contexts and competing theoretical analyses. The School is dedicated to outstanding teaching and to developing the potential of all our students in an intellectually robust, friendly and open learning environment.
