Governance
CNAP manages its processes through a Management Board that meets three times a year and is chaired by an external chair.
The membership and responsibilities of the Board are as follows:

The Management Board is responsible for:
- governance, auditing and strategic planning
- providing assistance to the Director in achieving strategic aims
- financial planning
- performance monitoring relative to Departmental and University aims
- making recommendations on issues (e.g. senior personnel) to be approved by University committees
- reviewing reports on Amaethon activities
