The Yorkshire Bach Choir (YBC) is a chamber choir based in York specialising in performing Renaissance, Baroque and Classical music. For over twenty years it has been regarded as one of the UK's leading chamber choirs. The choir's performances and recordings are based on recent research.
In addition to the annual series of six concerts in St Michael-le-Belfrey, York, the choir regularly performs elsewhere in the UK and abroad. Over the years, YBC has made a number of broadcasts both on radio and television for the BBC, Channel 4 and WDR-Köln.
