Library Chat
You can use our chat service to contact our Library staff with queries about the Library, and our services and facilities.
When the library is open and operating at full service (10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday), Library staff will be here to chat to you between the hours of 10am to 12pm and 2pm and 4pm. During self-service periods our out of hours chat service is staffed by librarians from organisations across the world. If they can't answer your query, they'll pass it back to our Library staff who will contact you the next working day.
Librarians on the out of hours chat service can't answer specific questions about your loans. You can always check your account details via YorSearch.
