'Niche', organised by the Architectural History and Theory Research School

Niche organised by the Architectural History and Theory Reasearch School

Wednesday 26 May 2010, 1.00PM

In spite of the developed scholarship on framing, and recent work on pedestals, niches remain under-examined. This half-day Workshop seeks to 'think niche' broadly and idiosyncratically, and will feature case studies and theoretical interventions, from a range of disciplinary perspectives (particularly architectural history & theory) in relation to various periods, places and perspectives.
