Pilot Centre for Doctoral Training Opens

An innovative centre for PhD training has been started at the University of York's Department of Chemistry.

Through strategic use of Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) Doctoral Training Grant funds, and the use of other studentship funding, including industrial funding, the Department of Chemistry at York is pleased to announce a Pilot Centre for Doctoral Training in Catalysis.  The primary aim of the Pilot CDT is to establish an innovative centre for PhD student training.

A number of PhD students will join in October 2012.
