Andrew Street appeared as an expert witness before the House of Lords NHS Sustainability Committee on 13 September 2016. He gave evidence about the productivity and efficiency of the NHS, progress in realising the vision set out in the Five Year Forward View, the causes of hospital deficits and how these are skewing transformation priorities, and the financial and workforce challenges that the NHS and social care systems face over the foreseeable future.
