Support at work

It's often best to try to resolve any work issues informally. If you can, talk to your manager to see if they can help you.

Employee assistance

The University funds an independent, confidential counselling and employee assistance service available free to all University employees.

Mediation

The University's mediation service is open to all staff and is an informal, confidential way of resolving conflict within the workplace.
