Applying for a pre-sessional: studying at a different university

Our pre-sessional courses (online) are open to applicants that have applied to degree courses at other UK universities, or who have not yet applied for a degree course.

Courses and applications

If you have applied to another university, you will need to check with them to see if they will accept our pre-sessional course as a way of meeting their English language entry requirements. Entry requirements are listed below.

16-week pre-sessional (online)
  • Course dates: 16 April 2025 to 22 August 2025
  • Deadline to apply: 2 April 2025
  • Full course fee: £9,160
  • Accept and pay deadline: 9 April 2025
