Sara Davies MBE
Sara Davies MBE is an entrepreneur, investor and author.
At the age of just 21, Sara founded the global, multi-million pound business Crafter's Companion.
The first product was a groundbreaking tool that disrupted the craft market. It has continued to introduce innovative designs ever since, selling products across more than 40 countries.
Sara and the business have received numerous awards in recognition of innovation in the craft industry. These include an MBE for Sara’s services to the economy in 2016 and a Queen’s Award for International Trade in 2020.
In April 2019, Sara became the youngest-ever female dragon to join BBC One’s Dragons’ Den. She also appeared on Strictly Come Dancing, dancing her way to week seven with partner Aljaz Škorjanec.
Sara has written two books, her autobiography – We Can All Make It – and a step-by-step craft project book Craft Your Year.
