York's brightest and best compete to challenge science and society with their innovative ideas and research.

Using the metaphor of the fall of the Berlin Wall, Falling Walls Labs invite Bachelor and Master students, PhD candidates, postdocs, research staff and alumni to articulate how their ideas can contribute to the fall of intellectual, societal and scientific walls.

Falling Walls Lab York returns on Wednesday 3 June 2020 as part of the York Festival of Ideas. To express an interest in taking part, contact falling-walls@york.ac.uk.
