What makes herbs have their different tastes? How do plants help fight diseases like malaria? Why does a crushed garlic smell? Find out how plants make amazing chemicals that we use every day in food, fragrances and medicine, and explore the secret world of plant chemistry. Meet researchers from the Centre for Novel Agricultural Products at the University of York who are trying to understand how plants produce these marvellous molecules.
