Study with the Department of Language and Linguistic Science
We offer degrees in both languages and linguistics, thanks to our multidisciplinary expertise. You can choose to specialise in the study of one, or flexibly combine the two to create a unique study journey.
At undergraduate level, you can study languages, linguistics, English language, or combine them with another subject in the arts and humanities. At postgraduate taught and postgraduate research level, you'll specialise in specific areas of linguistics, or explore interpreting and translation.
