The Department of English and Related Literature is delighted to greet a new cohort of undergraduate students – the future class of 2021.

We want to offer the warmest of welcomes to all of our new students, from all over the world. We’re really looking forward to welcoming you to York, and to working with you over the years ahead. Ours is a department that combines academic excellence with a friendly, collaborative ethos, and we hope you are going to thrive during your time in York.
