Meeting Rooms

These calendars display the current availability for the two meeting rooms in the department. You will need to be logged into your York Gmail account in order to view them. If you wish to book a slot for a room please contact a member of the support staff.

To add any or all of these rooms to your own Google Calendar simply click on the '+Google Calendar' at the bottom right of each one.

When you want to make a booking please be sure to specify 

  • Date
  • Time and duration
  • Room number
