Profile

Biography

Hollie is a Research Fellow in evidence synthesis within CRD. Her research interests include pragmatic systematic review methods, online dissemination of evidence, public health care and policy, and common mental health disorders. She has worked on projects for a variety of funders and mental health topics, such as; interventions for complex trauma, and interventions for multiple risk behaviours in severe mental illness. Her background is in psychology and health research methods.

Hollie joined CRD in 2015 and completed a two-year training fellowship in systematic reviews, funded by the University, and completed an MSc in Applied Health Research. Her work in this time focussed on accuracy and impacts of study selection methods within a review, including comparisons with machine assisted learning. Prior to joining CRD, Hollie studied psychology at York, with an emphasis in neuroimaging and clinical psychology.
