Join us for a discussion on the future of adult social care, exploring the opportunities and risks shaping the sector and how policy can help meet the increasing care needs of the population. 

This is a hybrid event. We’d love you to join us in person, but if you’re unable to attend onsite you’re very welcome to join us via Zoom.

The REAL Supply Unit Seminar Series brings together academics and other key stakeholders to hear directly from policymakers, decisionmakers and thought leaders - creating space for new insights and dialogue on the biggest issues facing the future of the NHS and social care in England. 

Professor Vic Rayner OBE

Professor Vic Rayner OBE is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the National Care Forum, joining the organisation in 2016. She chairs the National Social Care Advisory Group on social care and technology and has been at the forefront of promoting digital transformation across care. She sits on a range of government and national specialist groups with a focus on the social care workforce, digital transformation, new models of care and regulation. She also sits on the House of Commons Health and Social Care Committee’s Expert Panel and is the former chair of the working group of the APPG on adult social care. In addition she is the outgoing chair of the government national workforce advisory group.
