Quality Leader to Enterprise Leader

Course overview

Quality leaders play a critical role in ensuring safe, compliant, and efficacious products are available for consumers and are often seen as the conscience of the organisation. Their background in science allows them to bring structured and science-based decision-making to their roles.

Quality leaders are the scientific conscience of the organisation, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficacy. But their potential goes far beyond functional excellence. With the right development, they can become visionary enterprise leaders who drive transformation, influence collaboration, and shape strategic impact.

Quality Leader to Enterprise Leader is a transformative leadership programme to help quality leaders have a bigger impact at enterprise level. Created by experts in Quality, Supply Chain, and HR, this immersive experience equips participants with the mindset, tools, and strategic capabilities to lead across business.

Delivery

This course is taught virtually and in person.  You'll be taught across three months.

Course content

This 3 month programme will accelerate the development of senior quality leaders from FMCG?Pharma and prepare them to take on the challenges of the future and drive organisational success, through the lens of enterprise leadership.  

  • Module one
    Explore future possibilities with our industry leading futurist, you'll gain expert insights, diagnose your organisation through mega trends, define a strategic project to pitch internally, and complete a Korn Ferry 360 assessment to enhance future-ready competencies.
  • Module two
    Develop your leadership impact by exploring vision, strategy, and values, master financial and decision-making fundamentals, understand the psychology of influence through storytelling, uncover the future of technology and AI, deepen self-awareness via stakeholder insights, navigate complex risk scenarios, evolve into a true business partner and receive feedback from senior quality leaders on your project pitch.
  • Module three
    Discover the importance of curiosity in a rapidly changing world, engage in two mentoring sessions with a programme creator, and craft a personal development plan to implement in your workplace.
