This year's Manufacturing Robotics Challenge took place online, bringing together around 40 participants to take part in the hackathon-style event on the safety and security of human-robot collaboration.

The annual challenge is an opportunity to upskill the next generation of engineers and scientists so that they incorporate safety principles into their technology development from the start. The event gives students and early career researchers a chance to collaborate with others from across the globe on a challenge related to manufacturing and Industry 4.0.

This year's challenge was captured on film and is now available to view.
