You’re invited to get involved with Energy Action Week as part of this year's Student Switch Off competition.

Student Switch Off team speaking to students in the library

It's Energy Action Week! The Student Switch Off team were in the library yesterday, thanks to everyone who came to see them and for sharing your thoughts about saving energy.

You’re invited to get involved with Energy Action Week as part of this year's Student Switch Off competition. Student Switch Off is a sustainability campaign which supports and encourages students to live sustainably, with a specific focus on saving energy and water, as well as recycling and reducing waste.

This year, Student Switch Off is competition based and puts colleges against each other in a battle to see who can save the most energy. The most sustainable College will get a prize at the end of the academic year. From 27 November to 1 December, there will be a focus on energy saving, and we want to hear your thoughts about how to reduce energy usage on campus, and what you might already be doing to reduce your personal usage.

Take part in our Energy quiz, bright spark competition and community competition to be in with the chance of winning a £25 voucher!
