Join our Living Labs biodiversity walk followed by cake

News | Posted on Thursday 6 April 2023

Join us to explore our campus and expand your knowledge of biodiversity with a walk and casual cake event.

Biodiversity Living Labs is a project all about celebrating and promoting biodiversity on campus. We're looking for students to come along to this social walking event, see some wildlife and share their appreciation of our campus with networking and free cakes to follow!

This event is an opportunity to take a break from revision and have a chat with us about your ideas for biodiversity on campus. No prior knowledge of biodiversity is needed, and students from all subject areas are welcome to join in - a passion for wildlife and sustainability is always a plus.

This route is wheelchair accessible. Please book using the link below to confirm your space.

The walk starts from Derwent reception at 2pm and will end at the Roger Kirk centre. Cakes and free drinks will be available from 3pm in the Exhibition Centre foyer (Physics).

For any questions or accessibility concerns please contact Daisy Kemp, ESAY Project Manager daisy.kemp@york.ac.uk.
