Strategic Insight and Analysis Team

The Strategic Insight and Analysis Team has the aim of developing, disseminating and embedding high quality interactive data visualisations and business intelligence provision to staff in support of the University Strategy. We are responsible for:

Data exploration and visual analysis, working to meet the needs of academic departments, support directorates, committees and individuals.
Empowering decision makers and information experts in a range of business areas, enabling them to answer their own questions through provision of trusted datasets.
Institutional planning, including development of planning models, forecasting, and sector benchmarking.
Statutory data collections, including those made to HESA and the OfS.
Management information services, including the administration of the Tableau Server.
