The provision of immigration advice is regulated by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC).

We can advise students, prospective students, visiting academics, and their dependants about the following:

  • Student visa applications and extensions (including for Standard Visitor visa and Sabbatical Officer)
  • Dependant visa applications and extensions
  • Graduate visa applications
  • EUSS (EU Settlement Scheme)
  • Changing courses
  • Re-sits
  • Leave of Absence/Authorised Absence
  • Lost or stolen Passports/Biometric residence permits (BRPs)
  • Working while studying
  • Working after study (signposting to different options)
  • Academic Visitors
  • Switching from Student visa to Ukraine Extension Scheme
  • Switching to FLR(HRO)
  • Signposting to British National (Overseas) and UK Ancestry visas
  • Signposting to Ukraine Family Scheme and Ukraine Sponsorship Scheme
  • Signposting for Afghan Citizenship Resettlement Scheme (ACRS) and Afghan Relocation and Assistance Policy (ARAP)

We are unable to provide advice in any other immigration-related areas. We can advise you based only on the information you tell us.

If you do not provide us with full/correct information we are unable to advise you to the best of our ability and your visa application may be affected.
