We organise a range of corporate events at York, in London and internationally, as well as departmental events, building openings and other University events. If you are planning an event with external visitors, or with University-wide reach, then please get in touch with us.

Example of events we have managed:

  • 40th Anniversary celebrations: staff party, media coverage, web pages, and anniversary magazine
  • Building openings: Dorothy Hodgkin Building, Seebohm Rowntree Building, York Neuroimaging Centre, York JEOL Nanocentre
  • Installation of the Chancellor in 2004
  • Launch of the Institute for Effective Education in the House of Commons in 2007
  • Beijing Graduation in 2008 (organised jointly with the Graduation Office)
