Through Valuing Voices, The University of York is leading on making improvements to research culture. We have plenty of opportunities for you to get involved in, from training sessions to HR interventions to pilot. 

We are delivering a training programme to members of the research community (whether you are a professor, technician, research support staff or anything in between). 

We are also piloting new HR interventions to explore ways of rewarding and recognising colleagues at York. Get involved now.
