Are your teams up-to-date with the latest HR challenges and legislation? If you need an informal refresher, we’re here to help. The University of York is teaming up with Bridge Employment Law to deliver an exclusive HR hub session on Monday 18th March.

Join us at The Guildhall from 9am to discuss:

• Avoiding expensive legal mistakes and pitfalls when recruiting
• Documentation best practices; from offer letters to probationary periods
• Expert employment contracts; clauses to incorporate which add benefit for your business

We’ll also be hearing from GPC Skills Ltd. These strategic HR consultants will share tips on recruitment success and how to build a strong hiring culture accessing the skills your business needs. They will provide actionable insights which challenge common approaches helping you get the best from your talent.

Is the HR Hub right for me?

Businesses of all sizes are welcome to join us. The hub is ideal for those in HR departments or anybody dealing with recruitment and process challenges. You’ll be able to ask questions in advance and on the day and also have the opportunity to make new connections over pastries and coffee.

The HR hub is absolutely free, but spaces are limited so it’s best to book soon!
