I chose to continue studying at York after completing my BA here not only because of the facilities on offer at the university's new Humanities Research Centre - a space that pulls together separate disciplines, providing opportunities to encounter more people and new ideas - but also because of the wide range of modules that I knew would be taught with energy, commitment, and passion.

The interdisciplinary MA in Film and Literature has not let me down: the course is creative and engaging, and the tutors are always friendly and interested in what you have to say. York is a great place to live and study.
