Find out where you can park on arrivals day for Alcuin College.
Parking information for Saturday 16 September
New undergraduate students living on campus will move into Alcuin on Saturday 16 September.
When you accept your accommodation offer you will be directed to book an arrival slot for Saturday 16 September between 9am and 4pm. Please try to arrive within that slot to help with congestion.
Please park in the Campus North Car Park on arrival and head on foot to the Alcuin Reception building to collect your keys, student card and other information.
Once you have your keys you can then return to your car to begin unloading. We hope to have some Second and Third Year Contacts (STYCs) on hand to help show you to your accommodation block.
If closer spaces are available at the time you arrive, our stewards will let you know. If you are directed into these spaces, you will need to move your car back to the Campus North Car Park once you have finished unloading to help manage congestion, and allow others the same opportunity. We have a very limited number of trolleys available so you may wish to bring a fold up trolley on wheels if you are bringing more than you can manage to carry.

Postgraduate arrivals information
Postgraduate students living on campus are encouraged to arrive into college from Monday 11 September onwards. When you accept your accommodation offer you will be asked to confirm this date or notify us of an alternative. If you are arriving by car, the nearest car park will be the Campus North Car Park, which can also be found using the what3words address listed above.
On your arrival, please go to Alcuin Reception to pick up your keys. We hope to have volunteers available to welcome and guide you to your accommodation block.

You will not be able to access University accommodation until the confirmed contract start date in your accommodation offer. Please ensure you plan to arrive on or after this date.
