Event details

Loveplay takes us through time, starting at the Roman era ending here, now in 2023, telling distinct stories of love, tragedy an sex. The stories are set in a single, ambiguous piece of land somewhere in England. The play is funny, witty, dark and sexy with an edge of the political. Each scene tells a story about place, people and ultimately the ineffable concept of love. Loveplay poses the question of the true meaning of love. What is love? Who do we love? How do we love? Is this true love? Maybe this play answers those questions, or maybe you’ll leave asking more…
