Designing Greener Business Models for Food System Impacts
YMP is delighted to support a new collaborative project between researchers at York and Maastricht to tackle sustainability issues in the food industry through innovative business models.
This project is part of the YMP’s new focus area, sustainability, and was awarded seed funding in a YMP open call for new collaborative research projects in 2022, and the PIs shared their video with YMP.
