Researcher: Werner Bonefeld

Bonefeld’s current research is about the development of a critical theory of value form analysis, including its various economic forms and its political and social dimensions. The research examines the logic that holds sway in the contemporary forms of wealth, expounds its political articulations, and examines the character of forms of social contestation, including antisemitism, authoritarianism, and populism. As part of his research project he is currently engaged in co-editing a volume on Marx and Adorno and a Handbook on Ordoliberalism.
