Event details

The way that strategic planning is undertaken is changing: why divert the organisation’s efforts in a resource-intensive, mostly top-down project to produce a plan which might be quickly outdated? The pace of change and greater uncertainty requires flexibility to respond. Strategy needs to be live and dynamic. In this Masterclass we will consider how organisations can adopt a different approach to strategy and strengthen their strategic capabilities to deal with uncertain times.
