Masters fee discount for York graduates

If you've completed an undergraduate degree at York you could be eligible for a 10% Masters fee discount.

These scholarships and studentships are available specifically to students at York Management School.

Management School Scholarships

International students

The York Management School is pleased to invite applications for Masters scholarships for the academic year 2019/20. If you currently hold an offer from the University to study on one of our postgraduate Masters courses, whether firm or conditional, you are welcome to apply.

There are a number of scholarships worth £7,000 each. This is subtracted from the total tuition fees payable to the University.

Please note, York Online students are not eligible for this scholarship.

Application deadline

  • 12 noon, Friday 28 June, 2019

If you have not yet completed your application to study at York, please do so, and then apply for a scholarship as soon as you receive an offer.

How to apply

Please provide:

  • A 400-word statement, covering:
    • why you applied for the course you wish to study
    • what special attributes or experience you bring to the course
    • why you deserve financial assistance
    • how you will contribute to society having completed a York Masters degree
  • A one-side A4 summary CV (no covering letter please)
    • Include your email address and student number

UK/EU students

We are pleased to announce that we have scholarships available for Taiwanese nationals for 2019/20 entry.

There are a number of scholarships available each worth £5,500. This is subtracted from the total tuition fees payable to the University.

Applications are open to Taiwanese nationals holding a conditional or unconditional offer to study one of our Masters programme at The York Management School.

Selection for the scholarships will be based on academic merit and financial need.

Please note, York Online students are not eligible for this scholarship.

TSYS Scholarship

One scholarship worth £5,000 is available for UK/EU students in 2019/20.

Government loans

You may be entitled to a government-backed loan of up to £10,609.

International funding

If you're from outside the EU, there are a number of funds you can apply to.
