Tell us a bit about your background
Hi! My name is Rebecca. I am a third year English and History student from London. I was the Head of Wellbeing for Vanbrugh College for two years, have been a Course Representative for three and a member of the Student Expert Panel.
Why did you want to get involved with the Student Expert Panel?
I have been involved in many areas of University life from college, wellbeing to academia and want to use my experience to help create change. As a neurodivergent student, I have particularly enjoyed working on the APP and using my own experiences and barriers to inform policy.
What are you involved with at York, and what are you interested in outside of your studies?
I am still active in Vanbrugh and love a good pub quiz or karaoke night. When not on West, you will usually find me with my nose in a book or doing archival research :)
