We can send your parcel anywhere in the world at discounted prices. For despatch the same day your parcel must be in the Mailroom no later than 2.00pm.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR OVERSEAS MAIL

Due to new regulations, International Packet and Parcel Mail now requires Customs clearance.

CN22 (Items under 2kg that are samples, not commercially sold or personal mail)

For non-commercial items under 2kg, please complete a CN22 Customs label. (Alternatively, see attached printable version (Excel file)).

Overseas Information Document (Commercial Items or Items over 2kg)

For mail weighing in excess of 2kg, or mail that is part of a commercial transaction, please complete the Overseas Information Document (see below) and attach it to the item.

When completing these forms, please be as clear and detailed about the contents of your item as you can – it will help avoid delays or customs officials having to open your item.

How your post should look:

Make sure the address is clear and written in the middle of your envelope.
Do not use Sellotape on the front of post as it can interfere with our franking ink.
To ensure you always get your mail back if it is not deliverable, include a return address on the back of your letter or parcel.

If you would like your item to be recorded upon delivery we can send it via Royal Mail.

Prices start from £6.80.
The price includes a £50 compensation cost. If you are sending valuable items and need more cover, enhanced compensation is available.

Tracked delivery

This Royal Mail service provides priority handling both here and overseas with quick despatch on the next available flight to its destination. It is also electronically tracked.
