Yoga Wake-Up

Yoga strengthens the body and relaxes the mind. Reboot the week with these sessions. Hosted by a qualified yoga instructor, these sessions are suited to all genders, ages and abilities.

When: every Wednesday from 8am to 9am throughout the year

Where: The Treehouse, which is located on the first floor of the Berrick Saul Building.

  • Entrances are open from 7.30am on Wednesdays so that you can get to the session without having card access.

The sessions are completely free and there is no need to register - you can just turn up.

If possible, please arrive a few minutes before the session so that you can choose a space for you and your mat and get settled.

If you are completely new to yoga, don't worry, these sessions are designed for all abilities.

What to bring

Please bring with you:

  • a yoga mat
  • your own water bottle

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move - there's no need to go and buy all new yoga-attire, jogging bottoms or shorts will do!

If you do have any existing injuries or medical conditions that could affect your yoga practice, please inform the yoga instructor at the beginning of the session so that she is aware and can guide you through the session safely.
