A synopsis - 'No Exit' is a play by Jean-Paul Sartre that explores existentialist themes through the interactions of it's characters in a seemingly mundane setting. The story takes place in a single room in Hell, where three deceased characters- Cradaue, Ivan and Antoine- find themselves trapped for eternity. As they grapple with their new reality, they realise that Hell is not physical torture, but rather the psychological torment of being in close proximity with others who constantly reflect their flaws and insecurities back at them.
