Martin Knapp, Professor of Social Policy and Director of the NIHR School for Social Care Research, London School of Economics gave a presentation to the Yorkshire & Humber Carers Lead Officers on 30 March. His talk introduced economic evaluation, discussed why it is helpful (indeed, why it is often essential), and provided some illustrations of its use.
